The way Amazon pricing keeps changing though, you might end up paying 2-3x as much for a product as you would if you just grabbed it at the grocery store. One item I checked, a 12 roll pack of Bounty paper towels, is $32.94* at Amazon right now, where locally I pay no more than $14-$15 for the same pack. So unless they stabilize the pricing on the items they're allowing to be linked to the buttons, there's no way I'd hit that button without knowing what their current price is.

*and I swear when I checked it yesterday it was $35.something
