This is in the "Christian Interest" thread because of the fact that the book approaches the subject from a "Christian" standpoint.
This is a "must-post" to me. There are too few ratings on this edition at Amazon (zero at GoodReads; however the 2008 Regal edition picks up a 3.83/5.00, from 6 ratings) to really get a good "read" (no pun intended) on the book. However, Campbell's other books in the
How to Really . . . series generally have been
huge bestsellers over the years. His other
How to Really . . . series books at Amazon all are highly rated.
The other fact that makes this a must-post is the fact that it is marked down to just
99 cents right now! That's a 95% discount! Wow!

Book Description
Grandparents and their grandchildren have always had a special bond, but living in a culture that has lost its moral compass, many parents are at a loss as to how to raise a child with moral values and a sense of decency, finding the adolescent years especially difficult. Within this vacuum, grandparents are becoming increasingly involved--and important--in providing the needed stability for their grandchildren. However, the culture in which grandparents find themselves is radically different from the one in which they were raised.

-helping your children in parenting
-distance grandparenting
-parenting grandkids

-making a critical difference in the area of discipline
-giving grandchildren the love and security they crave
-special needs grandkids
-leaving a legacy of faith
