That is just one of the little tidbits that I learned while "chasing rabbits" as I am (regrettably) wont to do. Another one: MJP seems to be a publisher doing business somewhere between the traditional publishing model and the self publishing model. There may be some name for this type of publishing; I am no expert on book publishing (nor much of anything else for that matter. ha). And MJP seems to want to convey the idea that what they do is unique and doesn't say, as far as I can tell, if there is a customary label for that type of publishing.
