I got one at an Outlook address yesterday....
I think it's all just the usual Kobo randomness. I've sent probably 20 to various accounts of mine and have gotten 5 or 6 codes (plus one that someone was kind enough to send me back when I thought it wasn't going to work for me at all). That should be enough for the couponable books I want and haven't gotten yet.
They have arrived in minutes, or in hours, or the next day. Haven't been able to spot any pattern with old vs. new email, old vs. new account, etc...
All you can do with Kobo is grin - or else you might weep...
