Interesting theory, especially with the MM book in the future. It could explain a lot, but it really depends how these two worlds are connected and how transfer between worlds is done, if at all. Should I see somewhat similar to Fringe?
There is also another story/tv-serie (I cannot recall) about multiple dimensions also with a possible breach or something like that. In that story if the breach is held in one dimension, it will also hold in the others. Something like that. This of course in reference to the battle of the Winter Court at the gates...
