They did that at least once before. One of my books was in the promo (correctly priced for the promo) but when I went to blog it, there were titles in there that were 12.99, 6.99 and so on. It was as if they just randomly put titles in there.
And honestly, running just about any other promo when you have a 90 percent code possibility is kind of crazy.
