The Voyage should have 4GB, actually. Amazon no longer specifies, but they bumped the storage back up halfway through... the PW2 I think?

And I don't (didn't) find ads very intrusive or cluttering at all, although they do prevent one from using the screensavers hack on a jailbroken Kindle.
