I use it on my blog (not on every post, although I think Books on the Knob blog did that for a while. She may still be doing it.) For long personal stories or short stories in the blog store, I enable/add the Send to Kindle button and readers can then send the post/story to their kindle directly. I have tested this. This function still works whether or not you have prime. I've had a couple of readers test it as well to make sure it works across a broader spectrum.
