A very strange yet incredibly delicious Chinese 'Sizzling Chicken!'
Imagine... taking shredded boiled chicken, mixed with lots of Spring Onion (1" lengths) topped with a LOT of garlic, a tablespoon of sugar, and 2-3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, then pouring almost boiling oil over it all! The oil caramelizes the sugar and soy sauce, blending the flavors together with the Spring Onions. Let it drain for 2-3 minutes and the dish isn't at all oily. Served over plain ramen noodles (save the little packets of seasoning for backpacking meals,) this becomes a really delicious, rather unusual chicken dinner!
