Thanks for the tips everyone. I'll keep those handy should I run into other issues. The problem I had kind of cleared after restarting Calibre.
I had Calibre running and went to Preferences, Look and Feel. On the Main Interface tab, I clicked on "Change font (needs restart)" and didn't see Inconsolata there. Closed up Calire and re-opened and it was then there. Just one of those things I guess.
