Probably a little of both.
At least BrodieKobo takes the trouble to come here and say things that sound encouraging. He seems sincere, anyway. And it's better than the canned responses from CS (or the responses from real people that ignore the questions
actually asked, and instead, answer ones you
didn't ask).
