I know of at least two other epub3 DRM free books that the download doesn't work for (I get the oops page).
Captives (book 6 of the Breakers series)
Relapse (book 7 of the Breakers series)
both by Edward W. Robertson
The books are shown as epub3 on the kobo Canada site and both result in the oops page if you use the Download epub link on the my library page.
