Hi GeoffR,

You should absolutely be able to download this book as an adobe DRM free epub3. The fact that you are not is a bug on our end that we are working hard to resolve. I will escalate this to our product team, but by no means are you not supposed to be able to download it. Thank you for raising this issue, I'll look to reply when we have a resolution.

Please PM me if you come across any other 'oops' page errors when attempting to download an ebook that is DRM free.

Also - our customer care team is misinformed about the ability to download. I will send them an update so they are aware of the issue.
