The koreader-kobo-arm-linux-gnueabihf-v2014.04 release is about one-year-old and was released half-year before Kobo released the Kobo H2O model, how about trying some recent releases like koreader-kobo-arm-linux-gnueabihf-v2014.11 or the nightly builds?
