Backups need to be Safe.
Preferably (way) Off-Site, not subject to a local disaster. (Fire or Flood)
Preferably, not made in/with the same hardware (a hardware fault may ripple to the backup drive)

Still, I am not a fan of these 'free' Clouds. What ELSE are they doing with your data??
