thanks @hob I think now everything is clear.(except the fact that if big improvement from T62C to T62+ is e-ink technology, why there is no indication on its box)
one more misunderstanding that caused by a comment in youtube by Goodereader (however I dont find it now): There is no difference in CPUs,all of them are dual cores (ARM Cortex A9 1.0Ghz dual core).
