FYI
There is a way to use more than one 90% refer code on the same account.
1. Use an account that you have not already used a 90% refer codes on (may need to create one).
2. Add books to cart one by one.
3. Apply 90% refer codes one by one(each code will be applied to individual book in cart).
4. Complete Purchase.
5 HAPPY SHOPPING!!
P.S. I am located in the US and I did this two times by creating accounts with my children emails, same address as me, and using Paypal(had a few dollars in Paypal balance that I wanted to use). My account have a credit card. I do not think using Paypal made a difference, but not sure.
