This system worked well for me, whereas contacting by email... was a nightmare!
I was just looking at that page, and was trying to figure out if I should choose the U.S. as my location or New Zealand since that's what the account I used to purchase the book says. I'm in the US and the account I used is not my normal Kobo account.
