Hi, I'm playing with the Energy Sistem Pro Reader, which is following the build.prop a Boyue T62b:
ro.boeye.order=Spain-Energysistem-T62B
ro.boeye.version=Energysistem-Ereader_V1.0.0-2015011610
Mine has a firmware from 2015:
ro.build.version.incremental=20150116.101649
It seems allready rooted, with TotalCommander I can access system files on the device.
What I can't do is access system files via ADB. ADB connects to device but with push or pull operation gives "Permission denied" message back. Neither USB-debugging nor Developer options are available.

doesn't work either. Any ideas?
I need this desperately to set default TTS options since the systemsettings are not offering it.

Solved my problem. Busybox was not installed properly.
