I must have misunderstood you. I thought you meant that you weren't getting the second referral code after a purchase had been made, presumably because the purchase was not from a new customer. I've used three codes on three different accounts, but haven't got any follow-up codes; however, I already had the accounts, from back in the country-hoppng days when it was easier to open a new account so I didn't have to keep re-entering my payment info.
So I'm sorry; if you don't have another account or two lying around already, you do have to open a new one anyway. But at least that should result in two useful codes.
