That is facepalm worthy, for sure, Stitch. Was the rep from the U.S.? The knowledge of geography of the average American is pathetic. My parents had a subscription to Nat Geo and I tacked a fold-out map of the world that was in one of them on my bedroom wall when I was a kid, so it is hard for me to fathom that level of ignorance.


Be that as it may... this American at least knows it *is* a country, even though he couldn't be bothered to know where it might be (that is what maps are for ). Somewhere is Asia is more than adequate for me.

Unlike CRussel, I guess I am just happy to unobtrusively google it on the rare occasion it comes up.
