almost always CRASHED Sigil
just as it was painting the screen with the TOC file.
(Stock operation, no custom CSS on Windows 7 and XP)
Conditions for a 99.9%
no crash: Fresh session, no edits/deletions/adds (or splits)
Conditions for a crash: unknown combination of
file splits/deletions/adds
