All three of the authors you mention have some United States library eBook presence (I know having just checked search.overdrive.com). But without knowing what country, and state/province/county, you live in, it is impossible to guess if your acquisitions librarians buy that type of eBook.
I think that Rainylotus might be like me and want to own the books that she reads.

If it she was willing just to borrow, she might have trouble finding a large selection in what she likes--few libraries that I know of have a very deep selection in any one genre or of any one author.
