1. I'm wondering if there should be a confirmation dialog when deleting a Text File or Files?

2. Same question about Style sheets, but with an additional question "Remove Links Also?" I know when I re-link I can delete the references, but it seems logical (IMVHO) to keep the 2 deletes together

Re 1 -- My finger stuttered and I got carried away. Since the editor is so fast, I deleted a little more than I intended

Re 2 -- I had the 2 original style sheets and my 2 'standard' style sheets loaded while I was cleaning a book. After deleting the 2 original style sheets, debug threw a lot of errors. Easily fixed, but it would be convient to have related operations co-located
