The Journey: A Bible for the Spiritually Curious is $.99. This is the cheapest that I've ever seen an NIV.

The NRSV Daily Bible is $1.99. I'm not normally a fan of "daily" Bibles, but the NRSV doesn't go on sale very often.

New American Bible: Revised Edition is $1.99. This is another one that doesn't go on sale very often and is an approved Catholic Bible. This is also a good one if you're not Catholic, but want a translation of the Apocrypha in readable English.
