Yes, I've seen that sort of post from someone here. I just had a look around and I can't see another way to do it. But, I think when you finish a purchased kepub the option is there. A recent firmware version added a "You've finished" page which has several options. From memory, they are a rating, a list of related books, an option to review the book and post it to the Kobo shop and the Facebook option.
