Prawn and feta pizza. And I'm currently trying to figure out what's for dinner tonight, as the freezer's a touch bare, we're trying to clean it out before restocking. Maybe we'll go for breakfast-for-dinner, if the hens lay today (there's a big summer moult going on, and a broody Brahma too).
I do have some slightly freezer burnt but otherwise good sliced pork fillet to do something with this week - I'm thinking crockpot all sauced up to compensate for the freezer-burnt-ness. Curry? Something else? Suggestions?
