Actually, no. The current Cybook Gen3 has 512MB of NAND flash memory but only 16MB of RAM. Remember, we use the internal flash as a hard drive storage, but the RAM is used to run the program. So an increase to 32MB of RAM means that the programming can be expanded in run-time size.

Think about it. With 16MB of RAM, a large PDF file (5MB or larger) pretty much has to be page-swapped between RAM and flash memory as the user goes through it. Adding in an additional 16MB of RAM means that much larger PDF and other ebook files (I've got plenty of CHM ebooks that run between 8MB and 12MB in size.) can be fully loaded into RAM - less page-swapping means faster jumping between sections. And more RAM means more features in the reader app.
