I normally hate websites that heavily rely on Flash(tm), but I'm rather taken with this 404 page: http://www.bluedaniel.com/404.shtml

Although that might be because I've only seen it by itself and not in any context (beyond some-one e-mailing the link to a list I'm on saying "404 page of the day")
