The Kobo product specifies 'Download options: EPUB2 (DRM-Free).' Which means I could download this book and side-load it to read on my NOOK.

But is the reverse true? If I understand correctly, Barnes & Noble no longer allows even DRM-free NOOK books to be downloaded. That's why I'm buying from Kobo these days.
I believe it's only part 1 of the book, isn't it? you have to buy a bundle of all three parts or parts 2&3 separately to read the entire book.
