No, Amazon doesn't usually get the calls about it, we do, right here.

People who jailbreak and mod their device fall in two categories:
  1. This stuff is scary, I will just apply updates they give me and not touch things.
  2. Just what I've always wanted, root access to the linux subsystem of my embedded device! Must Play Now!! (!!!) -- mistakes? Feh -- that is what diags over ssh is for, worst case ever I will just reflash backup partition images.

Guy #2 is hardly likely to complain to Amazon -- that would be giving up on a fascinating programming issue.
Guy #1 is exceedingly unlikely to ever have problems.
