There are no tools to copy annotations from one brand of ereader to another brand. It wouldn't be that hard to do as both are RMSDK based readers and store the annotations in a database. It just needs someone with a desire to do it.

I don't know what you mean by "PDF dictionary" and "lack of android open". If you are referring to Kobo ereaders, neither make any sense to me.

OK, I hadn't noticed that. I have to admit I haven't noticed the lack. I can't think of the last time I had to use either a RIGHT or FULL OUTER JOIN against any database.
