It's 500sq feet super small but only $550 a month and she has a in with the landlord. Mom has a guy friend who knows someone with a 3 bedroom trailer for $600 a month on private land who may work with us. My only concern living in one is the weather in St Louis and tornado season. Looks like we will staying at her guy friend's house if we don't secure a place before the move as we don't have money for a hotel and there is no way I am staying at mom's. Her place isn't a healthy environment.

I will start a thread in the lounge just like last time to keep you all informed of everything but this will be quick and I really don't know if I have it in me but I've got no choice. Luckily 75% of stuff is still in boxes. We got rid of all big furniture except the new sofa and recliner. Oh I am taking my books! Those will be the first things I will pack.
I'm glad things seem to be working out for you. Good luck with getting everything organized and ready. Hoping for smooth sailing for you.
