Those are still the covers without the sleep/wake function.
Liz from Cover-Up customer service told me the website listing is incorrect, and shouldn't say it has the sleep / wake.

She also said they are still waiting for the working covers to arrive.

I just want to add that Cover-Up customer service has been great in responding to my inquiries and concerns.
