Good luck! Debian works fine on my Kindle Touch, should work fine on your k3?

Also, I've not seen anyone make a man page reader, do you want to make a terminal emulator version or gui? It wouldn't be useful to me, but it would be a great exercise to make sure everything is working right. A ways back, twobob even used his kindle to compile programs for his kindle using Debian on Kindle. Kinda cool, right?
