I almost didn't post this ebook, however, because the rating at Amazon is not outstanding (good, but not outstanding). But I checked the ratings of the author's, Bruce Weinstein's, other cookbooks at Amazon (there are quite a few) and all of them looked like they were rated 4 stars or greater. I also checked GoodReads, where the raters seem to be more demanding, and the book is rated 3.73/5.00 (that is good for them, in my experience). So, here it is.
