If you do the DRM removal with Calibre and the DRM removal plugin, you would not be stuck with obsolete Mobipocket eBooks and instead would be able to get KF8 eBooks which format shift to ePub much better than Mobipocket converts to ePub. Whoever sold you that program ripped you off big time.
