I've only had an image pulled once, since I usually avoid posting them in the first place. But that time the MOD dropped a dime into my private message box and I came back and fixed the issue. But I don't expect that courtesy every time, and I can fully understand why it doesn't always get done. I've been a mod/sysop/wizop/etc many times over the years, and it's a good way to give back to the community you care about, but it's always a LOT of work. And Mods do have actual jobs and lives.
