A documentary on the warehouses made work sound very brutal. A reporter got a job with them and found he was walking ridiculous distances each night and his route was logged to ensure he was doing the job properly. He had blisters the next night and so was slower and so received a verbal warning. He soon had more verbal warnings (I think the maximum allowed was 4) and was dismissed after about a week. it sounded very draconian.
