It does and it doesn't. I just opened the dictionary and looked for
'twixt it comes up as:
'twixt - contraction of betwixt.
No link on betwixt, but you can use the dictionary when having the dictionary open. So clicking long on the non-link of betwixt will open a popup with it just like when using the dictionary from within any other book.
As far as I know neither real links or dictionary lookup works on the popup, the more->open dictionary is needed to follow links anyway. While there you can follow non-links like above by looking it up in the dictionary. If further investigation is needed then has to open the dictionary again.
Also just tested on Voyage - and the back button ( < ) will go back all the way to the home screen. So opening the dictionary multiple times won't be a problem to get back to your book. To clarify, it will go back one step at a time. So if having multiple dictionaries "open" you have to use the back button multiple times.
