I spoke to Amazon today and got a CS rep who seemed to know about the roll out. He said its completed now so all HD tablets should have it. Mine still doesn't so he was going to refer me on to second line support. No email to confirm that though so I have no idea if he actually has referred me or not.
Anyway it's not important just would have been nice to have.
