If there are charging cells on the bezel I suspect clear TPU cases will be popular for this reader.
If you're going to hope to charge it through windows and possibly a clear case, you'll probably need to get twice as many hours of charging.

But the simple fact is that a solar charger for an e-reader is easily technologically feasible.
