The way he does it? Absolutely, and his "off putting" behavior (as you describe it) in other areas is exactly why.

It's as if he doesn't think the original notice is good enough because it didn't link to JSWolf's Preferred Stores, so he has to Correct The Problem and do it himself, quoting the original message only so everybody can see that This Poster Did A Bad Job. Frankly, it looks like passive-aggressive whining to me. Further, the implication that the rest of us are so stupid or forgetful that we either can't remember that Google Play and BAMM exist or are incapable of using their search functions just grates on me every time he does it.
