Ignore what the winning email says - that you will receive an email within two business days, because the great likelihood is that you won't.

My suggestion, forward the winning email notification now. The next step is that they will email you a quizz (the same quizz for everyone) and after you complete that you will be in the holding mode for the device to actually be allocated to you and then leave wherever it is.
