Question How do I tidy up an old Kindle?

I have a basic Kindle, probably called here a 4NT. Running latest software per Amazon. Not jailbroken (is that what one calls it?) or tinkered with in any way.

It has had various users who have added and deleted books by various methods.

I now want to clear all existing books, all reading history and any left over files relating to deleted books before I pass this on.

Using Windows which files should I delete to leave a virgin Kindle and which ones should I not touch at all?
