It depends on the performing year. Any musical arrangement rights lapse after 50 years. So anything before 2014 - 50 (remember, the copyright years are full years, so 2015 does not count) may be safely copied and kept. Unless your local law says something different (
eg 95 years, or forbidding copying altogether).
