Well, mine was not there AND it wasn't used when I purchased an MP3. So, if it doesn't show, I suspect it doesn't work. While on the line with them, the rep said it was on my account ... but could not explain why it wasn't used. So, manual adjustment time....
If you don't see it on the account, I'd contact them and make them add a credit that you can see.
