I thought there was a way to customize the Edit Metadata to display the entire book title somewhere. Then I can fill in columns, add covers and make corrections all in one place. Hit Next and go on to the next book. Theducks said the title appears in the Windows toolbar but it doesn't but perhaps it can with a simple update.

It is already in the title field, just use that.
As PeterT said, you can mke custom metadata appear in the same tab if you need.
The toolbar has limited space -- if the title overflows, what update could fix that?
