When I click on the book in My Account/Purchased list, it takes me to the book page with a link to View in Library. Clicking on that link takes me to my library, but the book isn't there. 
I'm a little reluctant to contact CS, as I "traveled" to buy this book, and I'd hate to have them rescind my travel privileges.  |
This same thing happened to me last contest with 4 books I purchased, all published by smashwords.
I received refunds for 2 of them.
The 3rd book showed up about 2 weeks after purchase.
The 4th book I am STILL arguing with them about. I can't get them a call to go through and every email takes them 4 days or so to respond to. The last email, the requested screen shots of my account purchase log and my credit card statement - -why? I gave them the order number and my credit card doesn't list the order number - -just 25+ different KOBO purchases.
I was going to call my credit card company on on Monday to contest the charge if it is not resolved.
