I was going to ask what this did, but I downloaded it and had a quick look. Lots of scripts and other things doing lots if interesting things.
I found one script that update the contents table and set the value of "PageProgressDirection" to "rtl" for all CBZ, CBR and PDF. As I don't have any comics on my device at the moment, as an experiment, I made the same change for a couple of epubs and kepubs. And it swaps the page turning direction. So, doing that for all the manga would achieves what I think the OP wants. From memory, the reading direction can be set in an epub, so it's possible this setting will be read when the epub is processed on the device. Otherwise, something needs to do a database update after the book is on the device.
